Parallel Universe

My parallel universe place is going to be a boathouse for Severn Women's Crew Club. It will be for use for Women exclusively. The boathouse is going to be at least two stories tall. Located on the banks of the Severn River in Annapolis, Maryland, the Severn River Women's Crew Club hosts a number of women athletes from across the DC Metro-Area. We welcome young women upwards of age 12 to train for intense competition across the Eastern Seaboard. Coaching staff for the Juniors includes head coach Jenn Jackson, who rowed for during her time as an undergrad at the University of Pennsylvania. The boathouse includes both Juniors and Masters boatbays, an erg room, and a state of the art weight room. Though a new club, Severn River Women's Crew has made a statement in the rowing community by winning the Head of the Charles in 2007 in the Club Junior 8s Category. We are hosting our first annual erg-a-thon at City Dock to raise money for our club. Our first regatta is on March 22, 2008 in Camden, New Jersey. Be sure to see us race!
